Polite, knowledgable, We had dealt with this dealership for many years when I previously owned a Toyota and were always pleased with the service..when I bought an Infinity We had dealt with this dealership for many years when I previously owned a Toyota and were always pleased with the service..when I bought an Infinity we thought we should deal with Nissan. This was a very negative experience, especially my last service appointment there. So we brought the Infinity to ToyotaTown and we're so impressed with the outstanding way we were treated. We had been quoted at Nissan a list of work we needed...including a serpentine belt replacement. Your service people found the serpentine belt was not damaged as per Nissan recommendation. First person I dealt with was Jen Koln, who was amazing on the phone & in person..helped with our new tires order and introduced me to Peter Englemanas who I knew from Nissan..so he was extremely helpful with quotes & setting up appointment. Next was Amanda Krug..so polite and met us the moment we arrived for service appointment. She went over Peters notes and set us at ease. She suggested they would advise on the belt discovering it wasn't damaged.. So all things considered we had a first rate experience and have passed it on to our friends. More

During the day he had to make a few calls to me to explain what was going on with my car and to ask me what I wanted to do and he allowed me to txt him which made everything much easier while at work. Purchase of 2017 Sienna I had a great experience purchasing my 2017 Sienna. I did all the negotiations via email with Brian Komar since I live a few hours away. Given how s I had a great experience purchasing my 2017 Sienna. I did all the negotiations via email with Brian Komar since I live a few hours away. Given how scarce Siennas are these days, I believe I got a price that was very fair, the lowest I got for that matter. There were around 75 emails sent back and forth and Brian was very pleasant to deal with and responses were fast. After I finalized a deal, I walked in the dealership and received a warm welcome by Brian and Allycia (with whom I finalized the paperwork and everything else) and everything was ready to go for a quick and painless process.
