I purchased my fourth Ford from Yorkdale Ford Lincoln and they are the best Ford dealership I have been to and certainly in the top three for car sales of all dealerships and brands. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They pride themselves on the quality of their service and it shows. Carlson, spent an hour with me going over the new features on my car and made sure that my new purchase was everything I had wanted. I would recommend this dealership to others and already have. They are by far and a way the best Ford dealership in the GTA. I purchased a 2017 Fusion Sport and traded in a 2008 Ford Edge. I am thrilled with my new car. I initially came into the shop to get a test drive and was treated very well by the staff. I came back in two days later to purchase my car. I took ownership three days later. The dealer add-ons were done to a very high standard and the staff were exceptional throughout the entire process. I would buy another car from them. More

That was the most wonderful easiest time I've ever had I wanted to take a little time to let you know what a star you have in Ali Sharafeldin. I don’t know if you’ve heard this before a hundred times (I wouldn’t be surprised), or if this is the first time that the customer service often be a thankless job. I cannot say enough good things about the way Ali handles anything I send his way. I have never experienced the level of service he provides in any other area or company I’ve been in. Whatever the request, He somehow finds a way to make my live easier, while still adhering to policy and making sure things are done right. Anytime I have a new thing in mind, he makes sure everything is perfect BEFORE I even talk to him about it. If I need to get a complicated thing, he provides coaching on the right way to do it. He listens patiently and then provides a logical and professional explanation of what may have happened, followed by suggestions for correcting the issue. This sentiment is shared by my friends, family and I and we joke all the time about wanting to clone him at all the stores or dealers we go to. thank you Ali and Yorkdale Ford Team for making our car buying experience a great one.
