On the rare occasion that an unexpected deficiency is found, the service advisors professionally and competently address the situation with me. I always have a sense of confidence that my RX350 is being taken expertly taken care of when I leave it for service, and that the service advisors (David and Chelsea) have my interests in mind. Small touches like the cappuccino that Sam personally makes for me when I drop off the car adds that little bit extra effort that is very much appreciated.
