Bought 2016 CT6 Platinum We had looked at a CT6 on a recent trip to Arizona so were somewhat familiar with the tremendous advancement Cadillac had achieved with this new vehic We had looked at a CT6 on a recent trip to Arizona so were somewhat familiar with the tremendous advancement Cadillac had achieved with this new vehicle. Capital GM was the only dealership in Saskatchewan that had a CT6 Platinum in stock. We initially contacted the dealership online. Jon Dreger got back to us and within 2 days and a few telephone calls we came to an agreement on tradein value of my car and purchase price of the CT6. A few days later we drove (450kms) to Regina to pick up our new car. The transaction was a pleasure. Jon introduced us to the car and spent an hour or so showing us the various features of the car in a highly professional manner. Jona McLeod look after the documentation quickly and efficiently. He made it easy. We also met Jay Paull who welcomed us to the dealership. I have purchased many new cars over the years. I can honestly say that our experience at Capital was far better than any dealership we previously have dealt with. Every person we met at Capital GMC was professional, courteous and knowledgable. Very professional but yet personal Upon arrival kash greeted us and was very friendly and professional. Kash assisted us through the entire experience and was able to explain to us In detail about the products. Kash was definitely interested in what we wanted and not pushing us in to anything we were not comfortable with. Justin was very efficient with trying to find us the best deal. Jona was very professional with financing and able to find us a great rate. He was informative with all aspects on the financial agreements and was also able to explain warranties and other aspects of the sale. All people we dealt with were friendly and professional. All of the guys were busy throughout our experience with other customers and deals but never made us feel like an inconvenience and made time for us. The only bad point of our purchase was that we were told the vehicle would have a full tank of gas but it was only at the 3/4 full mark. More

Too say that I was impressed by the customer service, would be an understatement. Ankesh Gupta was my customer service person and his understanding and patience with my over analysis and difficulty selecting a vehical was commendable. Quite dissatisfied We purchased our 2011 Grand Caravan back on June 15,2016. When we first came to the dealership we where wowed by the greeting of the staff. I had prev We purchased our 2011 Grand Caravan back on June 15,2016. When we first came to the dealership we where wowed by the greeting of the staff. I had previously dealt with Justin on the phone and via emails as we live 2 hours away. We asked to talk to Justin and he passed us off to salesman Bennett (can't remember his first name). The van we we there to see was ready for viewing and we took it for a test drive. It smelled really strong of air freshener but we figured it had been newly cleaned. Our salesman really didn't know anything about the vehicle and we had to ask for a manual and touch up paint (which we only received the manual) We made it very clear we were leaving the following week on an out of town trip and they assured us the vehicle was road worthy and that it passed all inspections. Bennett then promised to follow up with the sale 2-3 days after the purchase. We left reasonably happy. Two days later, the van reaked of cigaret smoke, which we then realized they tried to cover up rather than using the proper cleaners to rid of the smell. We took care of that on our own. We hit our first real valley where breaking was required by Calgary. That is where we noticed the shaking. Contacted Justin and was told to take it to a dealership in salmon arm Bc when we got there. Turns out our front brake rotors were severely warped and should have been replaced during the inspection at the dealership. Needless to say our trip to Salmon Arm was extremely scary. We paid approx $600 up front to get the repairs done. Took the parts back to Regina along with the receipt and getting reimbursed was less than smooth. We ended up calling and talking to accounting directly because we felt Justin was stringing us along. To this date, no one has called to ask how things are going and how we like the vehicle. My wife did mention to Bennett she was extremely dissatisfied with him not keeping his word and that no excuses were welcomed. He never even offered an apology for not following up. The only one we were satisfied with was Matt in financing. He treated us like we were actually worth being there and not just a pushed sale out the door. We understand the vehicle is used and that dealing with customers 2 hours away has limitations, but we expected to be treated better than what we experienced. At this point we have not recommended the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
