Outlander 2016 - Dealer only concern is sales Sam our sales rep went out of his way to find my vehicle of choice in my desired colour. I was however left feeling less than valued as a customer when it came to dealer promotions. From our first visit to inquire about the outlander to the last when we picked up our new vehicle, Promotions were posted all over the dealership yet we were informed that promotions were expired. I CALL THAT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Then 2 weeks after the delivery of our new vehicle, we were hearing about new promotions.... I called to inquire and my call was never returned as promised by the customer service rep.. I guess only profit matter to these people.... I will never be back to this dealer to purchase future vehicles and I do not recommend anyone visit this dealer ship. More

They were more than willing to negotiate, were helpful, positive and took the time to talk and to listen. You can bet that my next purchase will be again at Bank Street Mitsubishi.
