Our records show that we did replace the fuel cap assembly during our extensive pre-own check over. We did replace the battery when you took delivery. Hello David, we regret that you still feel we loosened your wheels while diagnosing your strut issue. We do not and did not need to remove your tires for this diagnosis. This is confirmed by the time ticket submitted by the technician. There was not enough time booked for this to be done. We understand that you only come to Frontier for warranty and get all of your regular maintenance elsewhere. We are not the only service provider working on your car. Also, as you were out of warranty when this issue arose, we negotiated with Subaru Canada on your behalf. We were able to get you a Goodwill Warranty which entailed Subaru Canada paying for the part and Frontier splitting the labour cost 50/50 with yourself. This resulted in significant savings for you.
