Internet Sales Experience I recently went through the process of trying to trade my Highlander for a 2016 Tundra. My first contact was with Hannah Weller an internet sales coordinator, I was actually surprised how smooth this process did work. There was lots of email and texts that went back and forth trying to get the numbers and right vehicle. Hannah was not pushy and was professional in all aspects of the deal. In the end I didn't buy a truck because the payment didn't work. I would definitely work with her again if I need a vehicle. I have been bringing my vehicles to the service department since 2009 and Chris Keller the service manager is great. All the service advisers are good to deal with too. More

Fabulous service I had problem with my tires and sensor, my original dealer didn't do anything for me, kept saying it is okay. Got it to Lester who ensured me that thi I had problem with my tires and sensor, my original dealer didn't do anything for me, kept saying it is okay. First oil change 8000 km We were notified by phone that are oil change was due and scheduled an appt. Efficient, professional! Our first time bringing our Venza in for a service, we didn't know what to expect. However, the line-up moved along quickly into the shop; staff was v Our first time bringing our Venza in for a service, we didn't know what to expect. However, the line-up moved along quickly into the shop; staff was very friendly and attentive. The waiting room had comfortable chairs and coffee- we sat down to read the books we had brought , as we were ready for a long wait. However, in no time at all(or it seemed like not much time had passed) the attendant called our name, went through the points listed on the service sheet and told us where our car was parked. We walked out of the building, stopped and looked at each other and wondered how this all happened so fast!! There wouldn't have been time to even have breakfast!Looking forward to the next time when we can use the shuttle and see how that works. More
