But we still owed money on it - and were very unhappy with our previous experience at West Toronto Kia. This time, we were considering a used car, but wanted to know our options. Neil was fantastic from the jump. First, I spoke with him on the phone for almost an hour to discuss all our possible options. My husband and I then discussed our options, and decided to look at a brand new 2017 Sportage LX. We made an appointment to see Neil and went in. He explained EVERYTHING. I am a total numbers person and he went through every cent and detail. We went out for a test drive and LOVED the car. We could definitely imagine our growing family in this car! We love road trips and my husband often carries a lot of materials, so space-wise this car couldn't be beat in our eyes. We made our purchase on Saturday past, and drove out with our new car today! (Tuesday) The service Neil provided was outstanding from the moment of phone call through leaving with our car. He showed us every feature, colour, detail....he even paired my phone for me! First time KIA buyer - 2017 Sportage SX Once my wife and I decided we wanted a 2017 Sportge SX we spent some time at the KIA dealership closest to our home, and while the overall experience Once my wife and I decided we wanted a 2017 Sportge SX we spent some time at the KIA dealership closest to our home, and while the overall experience was pleasent (they let us borrow a vehicle for a few hours to ensure we liked the car) when it came time to talk numbers things wern't as rosy. They felt since the vehicle was popular they could hold the line at a certain price so we walked away. After doing some more research KIA of Brampton consistenly came up with good customer ratings and as luck would have it they had the model/colour combo in stock so we took a drive over. Mac was our sales person and he greeted us shortly after arrival and answered all our questions. He quickly figured out we knew what we wanted and we had done research and asked "what price are we looking for?" Not only did he give us the price we wanted but he threw in a few extras making the whole buying experience quick, easy and painless. Mac is definately someone I'd do business with again. Younas (Business Manager) subsequently worked with us on finalizing the deal and he was professional, courteous and responsive (returning calls/emails). Overall we're satisfied with our first time KIA experience and look forward to good times ahead in our awesome crossover that rivals other "premium" brands that cost 10's of thousands more. My first car! I went car shopping on Monday July 25, i checked out a few dealerships like Toyota, Ford, Subaru, and Dodge. When I went to the dealerships I was either completely ignored or greeted by a sales associate that didn't know much about cars or fiance options. Kia wasn't my number one option because I hadn't done much research on the car brand but as soon as I entered I was shocked by their car selection! There is literally a car to fit every need and they really have top of the line cars. Neil was an outstanding associate who was knowledgeable, down to earth, supportive, patient and really put my needs into consideration. Neil approached me first, treated me like a person and not another sale, and then introduced me to the Kia Rio! Neil really knew everything about the interior and exterior of that car, He was able to provide information about the safety features, the media features and the engine features and was able to explain it to me even though I knew nothing about cars. Neil was just as excited as I was for me to drive away in my new vehicle and that was why I would strongly recommend him for any buyers who enter the Kia of Brampton dealership! I drove away in my new Kia Rio Wednesday July 29th! The dealership had such a family atmosphere to it and Neil really took care of me and my needs!
