A very pleasant experience! Lyle was great. He did not pressure us at any time, however he offered assistance if we needed it. Often being a young woman you are treated different Lyle was great. Often being a young woman you are treated differently when it comes to vehicles and I had just left from a different dealership where they disrespected us greatly. Even with my husband there Lyle spoke equally to me and with the same respect. The next day when I was without my husband picking up my new vehicle, Lyle went over and above to make sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable leaving the dealership. He even took my license plate off my old van and installed it on my new one for me! I will recommend this dealership again and tell everyone to see Lyle. More

She had this sheet emailed to us within minutes. We then phoned in and went into the dealership. The truck was in front of the dealership ready for a test drive. When we went inside we met with Andy, he showed us the truck and was ready with all our questions, and at our request showed us other trucks that met our criteria. He didn't try to sell us something we weren't looking for. Even after we picked up the truck we had a question and Andy was more than happy to help us. Registration of the truck was done by Phil in finance. I definitely would recommend this dealership. More

She chose the vehicles she felt would give me most value for my money and never tried to "upsell" me or steer me away to anything different. Mike made financing so easy and assisted me with information I needed for insurance and registration. I was very well taken of with coffee, lunch, friendly staff and honest service. Excellent experience at Great West!! I had gone down to Great West with my Brother to check out some Used and New Vehicles at Great West and he introduced me to Greg Marcil, who my Brothe I had gone down to Great West with my Brother to check out some Used and New Vehicles at Great West and he introduced me to Greg Marcil, who my Brother had previous Dealings with, I wasn't too familiar to the whole Sales aspect of buying a new vehicle but I'll tell ya I had an excellent time down there, Greg Marcil was a no BS Salesman, Friendly and accommodating, I pretty much planted down a list of what I needed and Greg Marcil made it happen, I am now driving around in a Brand New 2016 RAM that I can use for work and at a payment I could comfortably afford, he did all the legwork with Finance and made it happen, we took the Truck I wanted out for a test drive and Greg took the time to explain a lot to me about that Truck, I was even offered coffee/food during the whole process. Aside from Dealing with Greg Marcil, I also had dealings with Jim White in Finance and he Answered a ton of questions from me and helped me understand more about the fine print on the Financial side, he definitely took the time to thoroughly explain things until I understood. I wasn't even sure if the truck would fit in my parking Garage and Greg Marcil got on the phone with me the next day and drove the Truck to my place so I could visually see if it would fit without hitting anything. I wanted modifications/add-ons to the truck and it was a long weekend, so I waited maybe a day for my truck to be completed and Greg was texting me photos of it when it was detailed and ready for pick up. I can't say a bad thing about this Dealership and it's Sales/Finance/Parts Team. Clean Business, Friendly Staff, Had an excellent experience, I am a very pleased customer, even my Brother Traded in his 2013 RAM Sport for a New 2016 RAM Sport all at the same time as I was purchasing mine, I definitely recommend dealing with Greg Marcil if you're looking for a new Ride.
