Great Service! I decided to contact this dealership because I was looking for a minivan. I had heard great things about the Dodge Caravan. I'm a single mom working full time...As I don't have a lot of spare time I called the dealership in the morning to see if a quote could be put together for me and I could stop by after work. I was transferred to Gary Boucher and he gathered all the information he needed from me along with what I was looking for. Throughout the day, Gary emailed me pictures and information. When I arrived after work, he had a minivan ready for me to test drive. We discussed pricing along with my budget. Gary was easy to talk to, not pushy and very up front which I appreciated. The service was great. I decided to purchase the van and he was able to accommodate a quick delivery as I was going on vacation. On the day of pick up, He walk through all The features and I was able to leave for my vacation on time. Bought my car via text message! Popped into the Barrie dealership on my way south on a little vacation and was very happy I did. At first when I walked through the doors I was a litt Popped into the Barrie dealership on my way south on a little vacation and was very happy I did. At first when I walked through the doors I was a little taken back by being ponced on by some guy under a tent. Turns out he was a Chrysler rep of some sort. He launched into why it was a great day to visit the dealership. (Never did find out why). Thankfully a sales person came to my rescue and Rob got straight to the point. Told him what we were looking for, he quickly jogged out to parking lot and drove one straight to the front door. From then on, it was easy and efficient. We actually thought we might wait for the 2017's to arrive but after a call back from Rob we started to rethink things. We wanted a bit of time to think about it and so we continued on our little vacation and the rest was done via text message. Including the great photo's Rob sent with a sold sign on our new vehicle. The dealership met the price we were looking for and I truly felt that they wanted my business. My local dealership not so much, as I had contacted them twice looking for information on customer loyalty deals and I didn't get so much as a return call. Great purchasing experience I am always hesitant at going to a car dealership to look at new cars. There is the experience and stigma of pressure sales, hounding salesman, etc.. I am always hesitant at going to a car dealership to look at new cars. There is the experience and stigma of pressure sales, hounding salesman, etc.. My experience with this dealership and in particular Gary was the complete opposite. I went in for the first time over a year ago and met Gary Boucher. At that time we spoke about what I was looking at purchasing., Gary explained the choices available, let me have a test drive and gave me his contact information. It was a nice visit. I felt no pressure to purchase a vehicle that day. Over the next year I emailed Gary and told him I was still interested in purchasing at some time in the future. He always promptly replied. Last week I went to the dealership and purchased a new RAM 1500 SLT from Gary. Once again, the process was wonderful and stress free. Gary made me and my family feel very comfortable with his professionalism. After the purchase, we were introduced to James Ellis to complete our purchase. James was also extremely polite, knowledgeable and organized in the way he finalized our purchase. I will recommend this dealership to others. I am hopeful that the journey forward in dealing with service and any warranty issues is just as smooth. More
