We weren't "attacked" as soon as we walked on the lot, but had time to look around on our own and were easily able to find assistance when we needed it. Shannon looked after us and was great at asking us questions. We had a vehicle and options already in mind and we didn't feel like she was pushing us for extras that we didn't want. She had excellent product knowledge, answered all of our questions and made sensible, realistic suggestions about pricing and financing. She even had great questions to ask during the test drive and it was a nice mix of her showing us features and just letting us drive. Even though he was not helping us directly, Josh checked in with us several times, especially when he noticed that I had gone off separately with our daughter to give her some time in the play area (a great feature of the dealership, by the way.) Everyone was very friendly, they made us aware of all the available discounts and promotions (bonus, we won a tablet in their Christmas in July promo) and we were able to negotiate for a few of the extras not included in the package we had selected. Besides not having our top colour choice (not really a big deal) we had an excellent experience and are very happy with our new vehicle. More

Awesome service Monday I brought my 2015 caravan in for an oil change. I mentioned that for the third time, first time to Brent that my vans suspension was very ruff Monday I brought my 2015 caravan in for an oil change. They replaced some parts and is running much smoother. Also weather striping that I had mentioned in the past and was told was normal (and wasn't) replaced! Poor Sevivce My Wife and I have been loyal customers at Capital Dodge for our last two vehicles. Our 2012 Jeep Compass needed new brakes all around so we had them done at a cost of over 1,200.00 dollars. After leaving the dealership I got home and they were squealing so I called made an appointment and took the Jeep back not ounce but four times having to use two days of my holidays from work and they still couldn't fix the problem. I will be taking our Jeep to another garage to get the brakes fixed properly at my cost again and instead of trading in my Jeep for a Dodge Ram 1500 I will be trading it in on a Ford F-150. Over one month after I finally receive my jeep but during that time they phoned 3 time saying the jeep was ready and when I got there , the scrachess were still there. The 3rd. Time they phoned to tell me the jeep is ready, I ask if all the scrachess were fix and that they were no extra scrachess , they answer it is fix. When I arrive after one hour drive . I was told they did not inspect the jeep, wow. I do a walk around, they were still scrachess and chip. When I pick up my jeep after over a month in the shop, I said I should be getting something for what I went thrue. I left the dealer with nothing and I was told that I went to the extreme about the scrachess. Who ever reads this, I would go to another dealer even if you have to drive a little farther. I will never deal with them again. Just look at the other review about there service, you will understand. More
