My First Experience at Dixie Misubishi I took my Outlander to in to have a few issues diagnosed and remedied, my wait was a bit longer than I anticipated, but, overall I was pleased with th I took my Outlander to in to have a few issues diagnosed and remedied, my wait was a bit longer than I anticipated, but, overall I was pleased with the service and the result. All the issues/concerns I was experiencing with my Outlander were corrected. The cost was relatively reasonable considering that I was at a dealership and got genuine replacement parts, and on top of that they gave me a whopping discount and a few charges were also written off. I left there feeling VERY pleased. I cannot close here without mentioning the service representative Michelle. I do hereby dub her 'Service Expert". Her service was impeccable and lacking nothing. My first experience was a wonderful experience. Thank you Michelle and all the other service members at Dixie Mitsubishi. More
