Asked for new wiper blades...none installed You have a Call centre. I called it and they told me where was a five day "void" before I could get an oil change. This was 06/21. When I asked to speak to the service advisor I was passed onto the dealership. I was informed that I could come by that day and get service while I had lunch with Carrasco. Everything was great when we returned. It would appear that my initial request for the oil change and new wipers was not sent to the dealership. I have a perspective you should consider. The "Eye of the Customer" should be applied against all the processes you are attempting to improve. There was a recall on my car and when I called in, I was told they couldn't do the recall in the afternoon, but the service representative told me they could do it together with the oil change.
