Dear Mr. Ayliffe: Firstly I want to thank-you for posting your review on Dealer Rater as the management team here at Western may not have ever known of the situation we caused. We take a tremendous amount of pride in all we do for our customers, as demonstrated by the hundreds of very positive reviews you read on Dealer Rater for Western GMC Buick. Our management team along with myself read each and every returned survey as we work towards ensuring our customers have the very best sales and service experience. Secondly, I am so sorry for this totally unnecessary and unfortunate situation that we alone, created. I am embarrassed with the lack of quality workmanship we provided to you during the initial repair. Upon receiving your survey we took immediate steps to contact you and have your vehicle returned to us for inspection. What we found was totally out of character for the quality of work we provide. You and anyone else reading this reply can be assured that we have taken steps within our shop to ensure this lack of quality work will never happen again. I want to thank you for your patience in allowing us to properly complete the installation of your engine. I understand that our shop foreman, Gerry Frigon was closely involved in all the steps taken and that your vehicle is back in service with you.
