We came in to the used lot approximately eight we I would like to say Thank you to Dean and Brian for making our car purchasing experience enjoyable. We came in to the used lot approximately eight weeks ago not knowing exactly what we wanted. Dean allowed me to test drive a lot of vehicles and explained all the pros and cons of our many, many test drives. I kind of liked the 2015 buick lacrosse car but was unsure. He did not hassle me to come in or make a purchase but kept in touch to let me know he could help when I was ready. My husband and I came back and went on a couple of test drives a couple weeks later. Brian helped us out. We still were not sure. About a month after that we came back and we went for another test drive. We decided the Lacrosse was the right vehicle. Brian helped us do everything that needed to be done. There was no hurdle that he could not get around and we had a lot of time barriers. We really appreciated having a helping, guiding hand without being pushy or aggressive. We had limited time and appreciated being able to pop in late in the evening. Overall, our whole experience was very good and I would not hesitate to recommend Brian Mahoney or Dean (sorry... I forget your last name) in the used car department. We are very happy with our purchase. More
