John used two of his off days to help us explore these options and introduce the different car models, even using two of his off days to fit our schedule. He welcomed us back multiple times while we asked about further details and to compare different options. He was extraordinarily patient and took the time to really help us make the best choice. Furthermore, he promptly answered our questions and concerns even when I contacted him late at night. Overall, his genuine attitude gave us an experience that make me want to come back and become a loyal customer of the dealership. Anthony Trasmundi was also patient with us while clearly going through the financial numbers with us at our request. We were very satisfied with his explanation.
