Very good customer service Selman Nasir (the salesman) is very knowledgeable about the cars, is friendly and courteous. He responds promptly to follow-up calls and emails and would recommend him highly. He helped with colour/trim selection too. Didn't get everything financially that we hoped for in the deal but are looking forward to our new 2018 430i convertible this summer. Natasha Rodger (the financial services manager) is also a pleasure to deal with - not typical of many pushy business managers I've dealt with. Thanks to both of you for your time and help. X6M Back in for Service-BUDD'S huge price tags Disappointing is an understatement...After paying $900 for service with an issue in October I am BACK in November with another issue another $900 (+ t Disappointing is an understatement...After paying $900 for service with an issue in October I am BACK in November with another issue another $900 (+ towing fees) and 2 days without a vehicle. They don't offer loaners to their clients and expect you to pay a rental until they have figured out the issue or received the parts. It’s a shame I love driving the car but it spends too much time in the service bay. I had heard from colleagues that BMW vehicles spend too time in the shop with a large price tag attached and took my chances only to confirm they were right! Once the lease is over so is my relationship with BMW. I have also owned Mercedes Benz over the last 6 years with little to no issue... Service reps are great but product is not quality… More

Called today to get BMW brakes done per the BMW value service information provided to me when the car was purchased. Was told "we no longer offer that". Sorry, everyone is good at the time of sale, but this followup was terrible. More

His name is Corey and he will forever be my BMW rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He was on top of everything for me and I didn't have to worry about anything! I love everyone here who have helped me. They are fantastic and even though there is another dealership closer to me, I will keep coming back to the Oakville location and I highly recommend them.
