Having run the F-series line of trucks all my life and with my family growing we decided to get a one ton so we could haul a camper and not be limited by size. I bought a 2015 F-350. Right away I noticed a vibration in the truck and took it back for them to look at the truck... 45000km and countless trips to the dealerships later and the vibration was still there! In January I went to Knight Dodge to see what it would cost to get me in the same trim Ram 3500, with financing rates and my trade in value at the time it just was too much of a loss. A couple months later, by my request Knight Dodge phoned me up with 0% financing and I am now driving a beautiful Ram 3500 and I couldn't be happier! The service was great, and continues to be. My daughters and I had only just begun our journey from Regina to Kelowna when we noticed a sound from our Jeep. Not being mechanically inclined we needed help. It was 4:30, late in the day but Knight service department made room for us! Nick found the problem, fixed it and off we were in 20 minutes!
