We couldn't have been more wrong about Scarboro Kia! Omid greeted us, and patiently answered our questions about the Soul in a friendly manner, without any pressure to buy. After a test drive, we went home to think about it. Over the next couple days, we visited other dealerships, but never got the same level of friendliness or helpfulness. We arranged to meet with Omid again, and in short order had completed our purchase at a fair price, and again with no pressure. Omid & Rob were so pleasant to deal with, we will happily recommend Scarboro Kia to anyone shopping for a new car. More

When we came into the Kia dealership, we were intending to look at the Sportage, as the next size down from the van. The Soul was sitting just inside the door. We were so surprised by its roomy interior that it went straight onto our "short list". Ed Chau, who spoke with us that evening, was very relaxed and pleasant. At our next visit, we met with Tania, who was also very personable. Her knowledge about the cars was very detailed and gave us great confidence in her abilities. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. The whole experience was very low stress. Once we decided to buy, Tania helped us through the process, and found the car of our choice.
