Wonderful Experi I just purchased my new Soul and must say that this was the first time I have ever felt comfortable in a car dealership. My salesman Jon Fry was so fr I just purchased my new Soul and must say that this was the first time I have ever felt comfortable in a car dealership. My salesman Jon Fry was so friendly and down to earth. Jon asked me what I was looking for and totally nailed it! Talk about no pressure sales Jon could teach classes on it. Serge was in charge of my financing and made sure that I was clear on everything very patient with me. Serge Bilan was my salesman, and he took the time I needed explaining every detail to me that I required in order to make my final decision on what worked best for me. As a woman, it can be very intimidating making a major purchase such as a car without much knowledge, but he really made me feel like he was invested in my satisfaction and made it such a positive experience. Deepak Harrar, the Finance Manager, was knowledgeable, charming, and also threw in some great advice for me on financing and credit for future purchases. He absolutely does NOT fit your stereotype of the "numbers" guy! At no time at all did I feel any of the high pressure tactics associated with this industry in the past. These guys go above and beyond for you, and offer to take care all the details, so you can get into your new car as soon as possible and start enjoying it! Bravo team! More
