Ride Time

Good sales team poor service. when I went to Ride Time to buy my jeep I thought it was a great idea!! So I decided to spend $35,000 on the jeep I wanted and the "premium wrap" Warr when I went to Ride Time to buy my jeep I thought it was a great idea!! So I decided to spend $35,000 on the jeep I wanted and the "premium wrap" Warranty which I thought would buy me a great problem free experience to go along with my ride. Everything seemed fine except a couple small issues with oil changes and referral money but those didn't really bother me. Then my jeep started to squeak which I figured shouldn't be a problem since i had a $2,499 warranty o I brought it in only to be told it wasn't squeaky enough. Needless to say i was disappointed but agreed to come in later when the squeak was louder. A week or two later the squeak got so loud it was almost embarrassing to drive so I got them to look at it again while i was in for an oil change. this time they agreed to fix it and gave me an appointment for 2 weeks later. When I dropped my jeep off I was given a super crappy 2000 intrepid with electrical that only works if you "put the key in the right way" to make it worse I spent 35k so I wouldn't have to drive a crappy car like that but ended up in one anyway. The next day I picked up my jeep paid the $50 warranty deductible and all seemed fine until I got home then the exact same sound came back. So I made another appointment for the end of the day only to find out they had no loner cars today. Which would have been ok if they told me ahead of time and i could have made other arrangements. So of course I was told it was my fault for not telling them (although I didn't have to last time) that I need a loner car. So now I'll be going back a fifth time for the same issue. $2,499 "premium wrap" warranty sounds like a sweet deal but now after factoring time and fuel just going back and forth for one little squeak I may as well have paid Midas and had it done the first time. They are getting 2 start because the guy I bought from was friendly. More

Was a little bumpy at first, but we have worked things out. Was a very quick process from start to finish. The only downside of this group is that they do not provide a safety for Ontario, but I was advised by Was a very quick process from start to finish. After some phone calls, the safety is being paid, but the cost was over $2,000 so that would not have made me happy if I had to pay for it. More

Service department After the dreaded check engine light stayed on in my vehicle, Nissan wouldnt touch my vehicle anymore because it wasn't under manufacture warranty. Even though all the diagnostic issue with my vehicle were supposedly fixed from Nissan, Ride time service kept my vehicle till they had it figured out 100%. They communicated with me every couple of days, to let me know the outcome of the services being done.
