The dealership and the employees were welcoming and made us feel valued. Sam really went the extra mile. We did not feel rushed. Even though it was a very cold evening, he returned to the back of the lot with my 17 year old son and allowed him to hook up his cell phone to the Bluetooth system in the Lancer GT we were thinking of purchasing just so he could hear what the sound system and 10 inch sub-woofer sounded like.
