I have to say from entering the door to delivery of the vehicle the whole journey has been excellent. I have been a loyal Toyotatown client,since 1974, my first Toyota a Corolla SR5. Since then I have purchased 10 Toyota's new & used. In August 2008 I became a proud and happy Lexus client. At this time I would like to speak specifically of two employees in this format. My respect and positive comments for all the staff I have encountered at Lexus of London could fill volumes. I always feel like a part of the Lexus family when I visit for service. The sales stall never fail to acknowledge me in a sincere welcoming manner. First: Stephanie Shearsby my sales representative was attentive to my requirements and the options I desired in my vehicle package.. She was and continues to very respectful and professional in all of our encounters. (Pre and post delivery). She handled all my questions in a prompt and efficient manner . On one occasion she called me while she was not on duty, to put my mind at ease regarding something I had missed in the order process. I have recommended her to a few of my associates who have expressed interest in a new vehicle. Secondly: Teagan MCCombs, Assistant Delivery Coordinator. Her expertise regarding the numerous features of my new car were explained in a simple, easy to follow presentation. Obviously the the information was overwhelming. Teagan gave me her card and said call any time for follow up of if I ran into something I did not understand understand. I have called Teagan twice, visited the dealership once for technical support. Each time I was met with a pleasant, calm, professional response. Teagan resolved all my issues. I throughly enjoyed this new vehicle experience. On occasion I have had my car serviced at other Lexus dealerships in various large centers, Toronto and Sarasota for instance, in my experience Lexus of London is excels over these other dealerships in every aspect of mine and my vehicles needs. Jason, in the service departm I rarely write reviews - but my experience today convinces me otherwise. This dealership has really exceptional service. Jason, in the service department, provided me fantastic service in a lot of ways tonight. Initially, there was a bit of a mix of with my appointment - but no issue at all on their end - they made sure I was accommodated fully and my car was fully looked after on short notice. But most impressive of all - I forgot to give the loaner car keys back to Jason at the end of the night. I drove all the way back to my place (nearly 30 minutes away) before I remembered. I called Jason expecting to drive back the next day. But instead, he took time after his long shift to drive all the way to my house to pick them up personally. The service of this dealership truly is amazing. I don't hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend them! Thank you. More

Very Welcoming! I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked in. My husband had traded in my RX-350 for an IS-250 and I was coming to pick it up. Stephanie had everyth I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked in. My husband had traded in my RX-350 for an IS-250 and I was coming to pick it up. Stephanie had everything ready and the car was in mint condition. The staff took me through everything including helping me to set up my bluetooth. Stephanie also went through all the paper work in very clear terms. I did not feel rushed and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. A happy day! More

We went through the car features etc. While inside and my car was warm, extremely clean, and my accessories were absolutely perfectly installed, just wanted to say the showroom with attached office cubicles, nice touch every office space was very clean, desks were not full of paper etc. Cleanest dealership I've been in. On the day of delivery my sales person Stephanie emailed me pictures of my car in the morning, and quoted "happy Thursday" I have never had a sales person actually be excited for the customer. It's a nice change and I think I've switched my brand of vehicle, as I have only ever bought Honda/Acura. But service/sales persons are all very polite, even if you didn't buy your vehicle from them, Loved it very professional. More
