Cindy Smith is the a person I've worked with for many years...and I can honesty say I completely trust her. She's friendly, straightforward and has gone far above what I expected her to do over and over again. And we're talking YEARS here. She hasn't let me down once. What does that tell you? I don't give recommendations lightly...but my experiences with Cindy -- and the rest of the service department at Western GMC -- have been consistently outstanding.
