Cindy Smith is the a person I've worked with for many years...and I can honesty say I completely trust her. She's friendly, straightforward and has gone far above what I expected her to do over and over again. And we're talking YEARS here. She hasn't let me down once. What does that tell you? I don't give recommendations lightly...but my experiences with Cindy -- and the rest of the service department at Western GMC -- have been consistently outstanding. End of warranty servicing I brought my 2104 Sierra in for some routine maintenance and for the end of warranty servicing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When c I brought my 2104 Sierra in for some routine maintenance and for the end of warranty servicing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When completing the end of warranty review, they found a coupe, of items that I had not noticed myself such as the radiator was leaking and a transmission line that was leaking. The staff at western GMC replaced both my radiator and transmission line under warranty, no questions asked and because the servicing took longer than expected they gave me a rental vehicle overnight. The next day when I came to pick up my truck they had it washed and sitting in the warm garage waiting for me. Steve Hillerud was the service manager and I was very happy with the level of service he provided me. More

Easiest transaction of my life We were in the market for a used minivan and had checked out all the area dealerships (and out of the area as well) and we felt pressured at some deal We were in the market for a used minivan and had checked out all the area dealerships (and out of the area as well) and we felt pressured at some dealerships and not important enough to be taken seriously at others. We thought we had exhausted our search one Saturday afternoon when I double checked my vehicle watch list and saw that I had bookmarked a minivan at western Buick gmc. So we drove straight over there. We called ahead to make sure the van was still on the lot. We spoke briefly with James however he ended up being busy with another test drive when we arrived. We dealt with Darren for the sale. He was excellent. Not pushy, very knowledgable. He let us test drive the van (which was warm and waiting for us) by ourselves. No ride along. No pressure. He let us pull it into a service bay to have a thorough look at it in good lighting. We were very impressed. When it came time to talk numbers, we offered a reasonable price and with little to no effort it was accepted. Easiest transaction ever. On Monday we signed the financing paper work and were on our way. This dealership is one of the best we dealt with. I would definitely recommend them. More
