went in for an oil change Feb 9th, 2016 I took my outlander for an oil change and when I got there at 9am for my appointment the service tech said that he had only booked me in for the coupl I took my outlander for an oil change and when I got there at 9am for my appointment the service tech said that he had only booked me in for the couple of other smaller issues that I had talked about and didn't book me in for oil change. It was very frustrating as he told me that it could take the whole day and I had a lot of errands to do so I couldn't leave my car there the whole day. Also he said that i was long due for all my services needed to be done when I had reached 28,000 km's and no one had told me of this when I had taken my vehicle there for the previous oil changes. He said they could do it now and gave me a bill for over $500!! This company has a very poor service department. They have no problem calling me and wanting to upgrade me to newer vehicles however they are poor when it comes to customer service and this will be the last time that I ever purchase any vehicles from Mitsubishi due to their poor sales and service staff More

Block heaters are NOT an included item when buying a car from here. I highly recommend you ask about this accessory before you take it home and actually need it.
