They unlike most places see to it that they meet your needs and push themselves to get you the best trade in value and savings. In order to be able to pull our boat, we had decided on buying a new Traverse, Pathfinder or Highlander. But, it basically came down to price for us. Chris and Peter from sales at Sherwood Nissan worked out an extremely good deal (one that we could not refuse) on a new, 2015 Red Pathfinder SL with the Tech Package. We take possession in two days. I've not owned a Nissan in 15 years, so now I'm just hoping that the quality and reliability of the Pathfinder is as good as our Traverse was. Anyway, at times I'm not the easiest person to deal with, so I more than appreciate the time and consideration that their sales and financing staff provided to me. I have no qualms about recommending that before you buy, give Sherwood Nissan an opportunity to gain your business. More

I wish I could give ZERO STARS My husband and I have stupidly purchased two vehicles from this dealership and I have never been so frustrated by a business. We have been working with the general manager and service manager for over NINE MONTHS now and the vehicle is still not in the condition we were told it was when we purchased it. Today alone it took me 5 phone calls to speak to anyone other than the receptionist. I called at 9 am, 10 am and then 11 am to speak to the general manager - both times I was told he was with a customer. I stressed to the receptionist that it was very important he contact me. When I called back just before noon I was told he had gone for lunch. This is the same level of service we have been dealing with for nine months and its incredible that they are able to operate in the manner. I have filed multiple complaints with Nissan Canada who unfortunately only does "internal" reviews. I will never step foot near this dealership again and I will also be going to AMVIC (again) and having the mechanic who performed our inspection and subsequent repairs investigated. Buyer beware - there are many other options if you want a Nissan, please opt for a dealership that actually provides some level of customer care. More

I was surprised to see my sales guy Ron smith again asked him if he was buying something he said no explained that he worked there so I told him well get to work on finding me a truck. I'm very picky so I believe he knew what he was in store for as did I . the patience of this man is unbelievable he worked double hard for me again as did the rest of the staff an in the end we got what I wanted with more. if your there ask for Ron smith I recommend him 100%. thx Ron smith see you again in a year or two lol More

Only black and white were available on the lot, both our last choices. T.J. was able to find us one in Cayenne Red which is beautiful!!! It is fully loaded and T.J. was very helpful and patient walking up through all the features when we picked the vehicle up. There were several features on the vehicle that were new to us and T.J. went into great detail. Every step of this purchase was easy and smooth. Also, there was one feature we had asked to be added and was not on when we went to pick up but T.J. had the mechanics in the service area take care of it right away while we waited. Great service!!! More
