Awesome Both Derek & Rob understood the situation I was in and without any pressure presented the options that were available to myself. Although our initial meeting had to be rescheduled we made arrangements to test drive vehicles the following week. Although it took a couple of days because of my work schedule, Rob was present during the last day of test driving. Again no pressure. After sleeping on my decision overnight, the paper work was initiated the next morning. Derek & Rob were great. Within 3 days I was driving a new vehicle. I have be back to Collins Nissan since and have left with knowing that they stand behind there products 100%. Any issues that I may have encountered were quickly rectified to my satisfaction.
