I called this morning after I noticed a nail in one of my tires. Scott had me come in immediately even though i didn't have an appointment pre-booked. He correctly assessed that the nail hadn't punctured the tire but still had a technician double check. He also scheduled me in for a full day service that was due this month on the car. I was given a loaner for the day. My car was ready much earlier than expected. The level of professional courtesy and friendliness extended by Scott makes every visit a pleasant experience.
