Love my new Highlander It was time for a new vehicle, and I was looking at a RAV4, but it soon became apparent I needed something bigger. I had to go over my budget, but got an amazing new 7 passenger AWD Highlander and couldn't be happier. Paul made things happen, and Leo was outstanding in his service, from going through the multitude of features on the vehicle to driving it out to my house in the country after work on a stormy winter night. Lori was also terrific in getting my lease done and put to bed on the same day I decided to purchase the vehicle. I recently also had them do some work on my Cadillac, and Keith and his team were also great to deal with, finding and fixing a problem that had been bugging me for a while but no one else seemed to be able to fix. I would highly recommend North Bay Toyota all around. More

Great caring people ! I brought my 13 year car in to get checked and apparently it was a death trap. I kinda figured as much because the floor was rusting out, car didn't want to start some days, the tail pipe extension was dragging behind it, the headlamp was fried, etc. They knew I needed a vehicle and they found me a manual Toyota Matrix, which is a step-up from the Echo at an amazing price! They did all the paperwork, drove me around, I ate apples and pears and drank tons of coffee while I waited. I paid cash and drove home with my new (to me) car the same day! So happy! I really dodged a bullet there. I feel super safe in my new (to me) car. The value of Toyota's customer service far exceeds the price of my car. More

When we went there to have a look, the model we were interested in had been sold, but Leo showed us a similar model and did an excellent job of arranging the trade in and purchase on the same day. The finance manager Dawn Moffat was friendly and easy to deal with and we were on our way in our new to us vehicle in a couple of hours. Leo and Dawn were good examples for their dealership. More
