Great service Tegan Rosato in the last week Kim Gebran was so fantastic in helping me buy my new Kia Optima , not sure what I like more , her or the new car ! It was my 5th dealership I had been to and was giving up hope. Every other sales person and sales manager (at the other dealerships) was extremely pushy and didn't listen to what I needed at all, I was very firm on my budget and didn't even want to look at cars outside of my budget and of course that didn't happen . When I gave Kim my budget she stuck within it . Beyond that she was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and even funny. The sales managers were kind and said hello but weren't pushy either . I felt comfortable there. Noella in the finance department was also very helpful and kind. Id absolutely recommend the dealership to anyone . Oh and I friken LOVE my new car ! Everything about it !! Drives so smooth and all the features makes it feel like a luxury car for a great price :) smile every time I walk up to it and drive it . More

He was very accommodating to my busy schedule and booked all of my appointments according to when I was available - if he wasn't working on a given day, he made sure he was at the dealership nonetheless to meet me. He answered all of my questions, didn't make me feel rushed and let me take my time looking at several vehicles. I should also add that I wasn't hounded by phone calls and emails - I've been to other dealerships where this has been a major problem and it was nice not having to worry about being bombarded with contact requests. I would definitely recommend both the dealership and Sam to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
