Non Mechanical - Arm Rest Storage This probable only took 5-10 min to see that a new one had to be ordered. Lucky our Q7 TDI 2014 is still covered for this. Had to wait about 30 min This probable only took 5-10 min to see that a new one had to be ordered. Lucky our Q7 TDI 2014 is still covered for this. Had to wait about 30 min to get a ride (7 in away). Than had to wait so they could find my keys when I came to pick up the vehichle. Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I cringe at the thought of goin there. Windows didn't work in the winter - even after 30 min warm up. I was told "what do I expect, this is Canada". I expect windows that work in winter just like my other cars, Jeep/Lexus/Mercedes. I gave 2 star as the young lady that searched down our keys was great! More

FIND ANOTHER DEALER An absolutely terrible customer experience, by far my worst ever. They damaged my car when I brought it in for service would not take responsibility An absolutely terrible customer experience, by far my worst ever. They damaged my car when I brought it in for service would not take responsibility for the damage and were extremely un-professional and rude about the whole situation. Wrote Audi Canada Head office detailing my experience, they called me back and said they could not help as Audi Centre Oakville is dealer owned not a corporate location and apologized for the unfortunate experience. I tried following up again with the service manager but the dealership was closed for the evening. I tried leaving a message but he doesn't even have a voicemail that you can get to through the directory!!! He must be tired of customers trying to reach him about their negative experience and doesn't care. Left a voicemail with the service advisor requesting the manager call me and I never received a call back!! Only gave 1 star because I had to put something... very much a 0 star experience. Have told several friends and colleagues about the experience, they were horrified and similar to me will never buy or service their vehicle there. More

They talk down to you with just enough distaste it makes you wonder why you even bothered getting out of bed this morning.
