While in Toronto for a short stay we ran into car problems and had it towed to the original dealership for service. Our service adviser was Paulo and he was excellent. He knew we were trying to get back to Kingston and kept us informed of all issues and provided time estimates whenever possible. If we lived closer we would certainly use this dealership for regular service. More

Heather let me know well in advance that the repairs were going to take longer, but let me know when the parts arrived, the stages of the repair and when my vehicle would be ready. I am not an easy person to get hold of as I travel a fair bit and am involved in meetings throughout the day. Heather was politely persistent and always very pleasant and professional to deal with. He was very easy to deal with, was able to explain everything to me clearly, and always went out of his way to ensure that my vehicle was returned to me at a reasonable time, considering the time restraints I was faced with in order to pick up my children from school in the afternoon. Leonora at the Service Desk is very friendly, is always willing to help and accommodate, as well as answer my questions. I will definitely be returning to this dealership in the future for all of my service needs!!! More
