Very uneven service We have been using this dealership for approximately 8 years. The level of service received is not consistent. It really depends on the day of the week, length of line up, time of day and the customer service representative's attitude. I have had several interactions where the representative explains all the road blocks to facilitating my car's repairs. Rather than helping, they frustrate and cause me to consider other dealerships as superior options. If you go on a weekend, there is no service manager. Sometimes they forget to order in a part, so the car is in service for an extra day. Sometimes they forget to the tires out of storage, so you are sent away and told to return another day. Sometimes their idea of service is putting the customer on hold for more than 20 minutes. Then, disconnecting the call. On Friday, I had a very disappointing interaction with customer service. Saturday, yesterday, the representative did everything in his power to make things right. He was excellent. In summary, Russell was helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond to provide the level of service that should be the standard of car for Toyota on the Park. Unfortunately, he is the exception. Not the rule. More
