The service advisors greeted me by name and had my cars information at their fingertips, advised me of what the work fees would be and provided a loaner vehicle. When the work on my vehicle was completed I was promptly notified to this effect. All paper work was ready for me on arrival and quickly processed. I came to the dealership in September and test drove the 2015 Lexus NX200 and immediately fell in love with the car, but fell more in love with her! I ended up with a 2016 NX200 and even changed my mind on the pkg of my car, and Sue was absolutely supportive and helped me pick and customize my dream car. LOVE HER!!!! She is a dream to work with, answered all my questions from gas mileage, to specs on the car, to financing. She treated me with respect, and was available via email and phone whenever I needed her and went above any beyond. I couldn't have picked a better place and person to purchase a car from. The staff at Lexus should be honoured to have a hard working and client-oriented member on their team.
