False Advertising I was very impressed with my initial visit to the dealership. We were told that the vehicle we were looking at would have the safety performed the nex I was very impressed with my initial visit to the dealership. We were told that the vehicle we were looking at would have the safety performed the next day and we could bring our son back to test drive the vehicle. Early the next morning we were informed that the vehicle was not for sale as it would cost too much to repair to pass the safety inspection. I had a hard time understanding this and said if they just needed more than the price had advertised I would consider paying some more to end the search. I was told if I wanted to buy it as is that was all they would do for me. Rob seemed to have a hard time understanding why I was upset even after I pointed out they are advertising vehicles they don't have for sale. I believe this is called false advertising and to this Rob just became indignant and made went out of his way to make sure we had no dealings with the dealership. Very hard to figure out. More

We were greated by Eric and told him of our interest in the car, but also mentioned we were not certain if this was the right car for us. Eric explained the features of the car for us to weigh our pros and cons. We appreciated his knowledge of the car and after some negotiations at home we decided to buy the mustang. We negotiated the deal and left feeling that we received a deal that was comfortable on our end. The final sale and paper work was done very quickly and in a smooth manner. I would recommend Eric and Capital for any future purchases for ourselves and any family and friends. More
