Excellent service de la part de Constant pour la location de ma Subaru Forester 2020. ***EDIT : Premièrement, on m'a fait payé environ 500 $ lors de la location pour avoir accès un tarif horaire de mécani de ma Subaru Forester 2020. ***EDIT : Premièrement, on m'a fait payé environ 500 $ lors de la location pour avoir accès un tarif horaire de mécanicien moindre, laver mon auto lors du service 3 saison/année, espace VIP pour le service etc. Malheureusement je n'ai jamais eu accès à rien de cela... Ensuite au niveau du service ça laisse à désirer... Mon avant-dernier rendez-vous au service on oublié de me redonné mes barrures de roues. J'ai perdu mon temps à chercher le tout partout. Ensuite, lors du prochain service on a voulu me charger un montant supérieur (env. 75 $ de plus) pour l'entretien que le montant inscrit sur leur plateforme de prise de rendez-vous sous prétexte que les tarifs étaient pas à jour. Ensuite, quand je suis revenu au comptoir j'ai attendu plusieurs minutes pendant que le directeur du service sermonne mon agente du service pendant que j'étais là à attendre.. malaisant. Au final, suite au dernier entretien, on a vissé croche mes boulons de roue ce qui fait en sorte que j'ai 2 studs de roue défectueux et on m'offre un rendez-vous futur dans 1 mois... j'ai tenté d'appeler aujourd'hui et après 22 appels consécutifs, autant au service, qu'à la réception qu'à l'extension de mon agente, personne ne m'a répondu. Ridicule. C'est terminé, je vais aller faire mes entretiens à Ottawa.... More

Deux fois plutôt que une : Je du soustraire 700 ml. d'huile en trop apres un changement d'huile . Et ce pour une deuxième fois en fevrier puis aout 2023. When Subaru Outaouais installed the factory trailer hitch in December 2021, they failed to properly attach the wiring according to the installation instructions. As a result the wiring rested on the muffler in December 2021, they failed to properly attach the wiring according to the installation instructions. As a result the wiring rested on the muffler and melted over time. I only discovered this 18 months after the installation. They refused to replace the wiring, citing the 12 month warranty even though they failed to follow the manufacturers instructions. More

LIARS AND THIEVES! These guys will keep charging you for work they don't do. Extended warranty for full transmission on my Forester. Brought it to these guys and they These guys will keep charging you for work they don't do. Extended warranty for full transmission on my Forester. Brought it to these guys and they flushed the transmission fluid, then did their diagnostic to tell me the whole transmission was to be replaced. Then a few days later called to tell me no just the valve body of the transmission is being replaced now - and a second transmission flush. Paid and got the car back and before I even got home all the engine lights came on. I called them immediately and returned the car the next morning. Then they told me they needed to do another diagnostic and also that they don't think its a transmission issue this time that they think it could be the turbo, that they need to do an 'engine cleaning'. I told them the rpm chuggin issue happens regardless of the turbo on or off. So I went ahead anyways with the engine cleaning and second diagnostic - paid and done. Then they told me oh its not the turbo or the transmission, it's a tumbler valve...for $1700. So I took to another Subaru mechanic to replace the tumbler valve. But the RPM chuggng issue was still there. I called Subaru Outaouais and told them the tumbler valve was not the issue and the chugging still remains. I brought it back tothem again. All the time I kept the car PARKED all this time and DID NOT DRIVE IT aside from the visit to the other mechanic to fix the tumbler valve. So after four weeks of them telling me every other day or so that they have no answers and don't know what's wrong, that the guy was sick etc etc, they finally call me today to tell me Eureka they have found the problem that its not the transmission, I need an 'ENGINE CLEANING''. Hmmm...The last time I had it in with you you did an engine cleaning and funny enough I have had it parked and NOT DRIVEN IT. But the guy tries to sell me on paying for yet another 'engine clean' telling me that yes we did the first engine clean but since then you drove it and the engine has gotten gunked up again. I HADN"T EVEN DRIVEN IT, other than back to them and the one mechanic to have the tumbler valve fixed (that they told me would fix the issue). I informed him that you had just done an engine cleaning and its not been driven. To which he replied, oh well we have to do it two maybe three times,and the car has been in Subaru Outaouais's possession for the past FOUR WEEKS! I havent even had the car....they had it! He still tries to convince me I need to do yet another engine clean'. I refused it and told them I'm coming to pickup the vehicle and take it elsewhere. Booked an appointment with another dealer, who said 'engine clean'? And that the issue I'm having sounds very much like a transmission issue. Everything about the issue says transmission issue! So when I go to pick up my car, the girl hands the keys and I take them and head outside to get my car. The manager flies out of the building telling me he's going to call the police, that I'm stealing my own keys and that I owe them for a second diagnostic of $100 or so. I told him to give me my car. He pulls out his phone and starts filming me. Again, I say give me my car. you've had it for four weeks only to tell me to do an engine cleaning twice over and pay for a diagnostic that I already paid for. I walked to my car and drove away. I then received a phone message saying they have called the police on me and that I have stolen my own keys. Still my car has a chugging issue at 1500-2000 RPM. They fixed nothing. They racked up bill after bill of fake problems. I doubt at this point they even did the first 'engine cleaning'. They will keep telling you, you need this and that, but they never actually fix anything. They won't honour the warranty of the transmission. The entire lawsuit against Subaru transmission issue shows exactly the very same issues my car is experiencing. Two other Subaru mechanics agree the issue is likely transmission related. Ridiculous! You Subaru Outaouais are the thief here. More
