We initially considered the GLK but changed our minds and eventually stopped the whole deal. Adam was very courteous and said "take your time we want to get it right, we're here when your ready". Adam kept in touch with different models and kept us abreast with the up to date manufacture's incentives. When we where ready to purchase, Adam searched the province for the right colour and interior. WE couldn't make up our minds, so Adam said he would bring the vehicle to us and meet us in Ingersoll which reduced our drive to half from our location. That's service! Adam even informed us on how to return the vehicle in 39 months and get into a new one saving us some money and mileage. You have two very happy customers.. More
