Three strikes! I brought my 2013 yamaha outboard in for a 20 hour tune-up for the upcoming salmon fishing early run. Was told it would be ready friday (3 days).Five I brought my 2013 yamaha outboard in for a 20 hour tune-up for the upcoming salmon fishing early run. Was told it would be ready friday (3 days).Five days later at double the quote I finally got my boat in the water only to have it quit on me twice. If it wasnt for nearby fishermen the second time I would be smashed up on the rocks now.Took it to another dealer and they found my impeller was completley missing and no oil in the motor and the spark plugs finger tight!Good way to send someone out on the river.Thats what I get for making a backdoor deal with the owners son!Never again! More

Im rebuilding a vintage Mercury outboard and Paul has been able to get all the parts and pieces i have required. He has ALWAYS taken the time to look up and cross reference my motor to ensure the correct been able to get all the parts and pieces i have required. He has ALWAYS taken the time to look up and cross reference my motor to ensure the correct part shows up within a day two. Amongst the staff at Leo Edwards they have givin me great advice on how to fix my outboard myself. I will continue to deal there and recomend them for fair prices and honest advice, unlike the other guys in town who figure if you own a boat your made of money. Thank you everyone at Leo Edwards. Went to dealership to get my mercury outboard repaired(having high rpm problem) They told me it was control module and could get new part in 1 week. 14 days and from what I hear 4 technicians l repaired(having high rpm problem) They told me it was control module and could get new part in 1 week. 14 days and from what I hear 4 technicians later problem persisted. My $250.00 fix turned into $800.00+ unresolved issue so I pulled my boat out of there.Took it to Cascade and they found a missing vacuum line (which they replaced) total cost from them $0.00!This expierience speaks for itself! Thanks for nothing Paul! More

Was told my small PREPAID repair would be ready in 5 days.went there after 7 days and was told they would start on it the next morning.went there again next day and was told they could start on itthe ne days.went there after 7 days and was told they would start on it the next morning.went there again next day and was told they could start on itthe next monday for sure(3 days later).had been working and was looking forward to going jet skiing with the nice weather on my holidays.but it wasnt ready still.told them to give me my money back and they did.it was a small job but it looks like they dont care about the little guy and push the bigger guys boats to the front of the line.will never step foot in that place again.second time ive had problems with them.
