Good service...no B.S. I rarely buy cars from dealers as it's usually a transaction plagued with a lot of unpleasantness. "Perfect Car Find" Been looking for this one and finally showed up from a dealership with a good reputation so I didn't wasted any time although they are far for a custo Been looking for this one and finally showed up from a dealership with a good reputation so I didn't wasted any time although they are far for a customer like me coming from Mississauga. Surprisingly that on my 2nd visit at the dealership, we managed to closed the deal and my 3rd visit was to pick up my car already and all of these is just a matter of a few hours. Very smooth dealing with these guys and of course run into some problem after a couple of days but NO SWEAT as they did what needs to be done. They hooked me up directly to a shop not only specializing my car brand but also close to my location and quickly looked and resolved any issues I have. Thanks guys and more power and as promised, recommendation coming up soon!!! More

Smooth transaction - Friendly staff I had been searching online for the perfect vehicle for a few weeks before deciding to go out and test drive some cars. VLCI had the car I was looking for and once I paid them a visit I found that they were very friendly and easy to deal with. All of the cars they had in stock appeared to be in very good condition. I have now had my BMW for a week and am very happy with my purchase. The car was delivered in pristine condition freshly detailed. I would readily recommend them to anyone looking for a used luxury automobile and the next time I am looking for a car I will definitely checking their lineup first. More

poor contact, poor attitude I asked for many more photos and any history on the car, where did it come from? any accidents?Omid promised to send photos and of the 2002 Porsche Tu I asked for many more photos and any history on the car, where did it come from? any accidents?Omid promised to send photos and of the 2002 Porsche Turbo and details but did not then when I had to call for the third time , Omid blamed the new e-mail system installed yesterday, he thought I had gotten the e-mail, he sent a short e-mail "no History send Photo" I live in BC and want to purchase a sliver 996 Turbo, I am not going to spend $43,000 on the strength of one photo. I got no follow up phone call, got no answers, no help with information for me to purchase, poor service poor attitude. More
