Erinwood's stated no negotiation low price prevented all the games normally associated with buying a vehicle. Orlando Falsetti was the sales consultant that looked after me through the purchase of the vehicle which was previously owned but new to me. I am 70 years old, have bought many vehicles in my life, but most of my purchases were private because I just did not want to deal with salespeople. Orlando has changed my opinion of car salespeople. His quiet confident sales manner and professional behavior made the purchase of my vehicle a pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable about the details concerning the vehicle I purchased, but what impressed me most was the fact that he took the time to get to know me and something about my life. As we talked he would find "common ground" where our lives, families or interests intersected. I felt like I was dealing with a friend. I was very comfortable with his description of the vehicle that I was purchasing and I did not feel anything remotely like a "hard sell" attitude on his part. I had some contact with several other staff members at Erinwood Ford and every single person was courteous, helpful and professional. I am very impressed with the corporate culture of this organization and would not hesitate to do business with them again.
