Expect to wait forever. And get treated poorly I have two 2013 rams that I have brought here for service. Only reason I came here is because it is close to home. This is how it works - I phone and make service appointment a week or two prior. - I drop the truck off at scheduled time. - They give me a timeframe on the simple work that needs to be done. - Timeframe gets quadrupled and they never call you to tell you its done. - There might be a few good people that work there but everyone seems to treat you like you are worthless and really don't give a xxxx. -Not to mention the prices here are an absolute joke, for example. I ask how much it would cost for a spare rim and tire for my ram. She told me it would cost $1000. -I was also quoted to replace a cummins engine with another used cummins engine $20,000 - A one hour tire rotation takes about 6 hours but don't worry we are not even gonna call you and tell you it's done we will wait for you to call us then forward you to a service advisor who won't asnwer. More

Dealership manager gave me a great price but also promised me that certain things were included (i.e premium package with upgraded sound system). I was adamant that this vehicle needed to include these things, and assured me, my father, my cousin, and the sales rep that was there that they were included. Signed the papers took the vehicle home over the weekend and noticed that none of the things were included and took the vehicle back on Monday (sales rep and manager were not in on the weekend). Manager notified me that there was nothing that could be done and that the vin has been sold to me and I cannot get the vehicle I wanted now. I Wanted to work with them on resolving this issue and even stated that I did not want the things to be included for free, but just wanted to have the vehicle that I truly wanted. I Stated I would be more than happy to pay the difference for the premium package (which was $4,000 listed on website) to be installed or to just purchase the vehicle that has it even if it was at a higher price. Once again manager did not want to help me on this and stated the only thing he would do is install all the parts separate on my current vehicle (sound system alone was quoted at $3,000). Contacted owner of the dealership and notified of my problem. Owner said that it was my own fault for not reading through all the documents upon signing and would not help me at all. Initial contact to purchase a vehicle was nice and courteous, but when it came down to actual customer satisfaction this was a terrible first time automobile purchase for me, sales men, manager, and owner would not assist in any way shape or form and only wanted a sale. Install of side steps were and undercoating were done, but weather tec mats were not installed had to go back multiple times to finally get all things done on vehicle. Overall terrible first time purchase of a vehicle for me would not ever recommend this place again to anyone. Jeep is a great vehicle no problems what so ever, but paying over $50,000 for a product that you were promised for and did not receive is always a terrible thing. More

Eden was very professional, very informative, friendly and ensured I found what I was looking for. I came in looking for a specific vehicle, a used Ram 1500 and ended up walking out the doors with a new 2015 Ram 1500. She was awesome to deal with and made this experience enjoyable and painless…LOL Eden is a perfect example how dealers should conduct themselves and sets an amazing standard for all dealers when it comes to customer service. Very Satisfied I was very pleased with Eden's service. I booked a test drive online at 9 o'clock on a Tuesday night, within a half hour she was calling me. She was very receptive to my needs as well as wants in a new vehicle. She got me into a brand new vehicle for the same payments as the used one I was looking at, as well as an approval in a little over 12 hours. Super happy with the service I received! Terrible experience I was a first time car buyer so I was a little naive going in and that was my first mistake. Rather than making my experience exceptional I found it w I was a first time car buyer so I was a little naive going in and that was my first mistake. Rather than making my experience exceptional I found it was the opposite. As soon as I decided on what vehicles I wanted to look at the sales representative focused on the most expensive one and recommended me to stay with that one. After I thought the test drive went well and I came to sign some paperwork to advance the process because I needed a vehicle, the member of finance were like bickering children trying to get their commission from me. At this point I should have walked away and went some where else. I felt so much pressure to stay and when I told them I needed time to think about the purchase before continuing the process but they didn't want me to go. I started getting phone calls at work pressuring me to come back sooner. All in all I was severely upset with how I was being treated, I felt I was noting except some extra commission. I expressed my concern to the sales manager about this but he seemed disinterested and actually annoyed that I was some how wasting his time. When I expressed the concern over the cost he gave me a sob story about how inconvenient it was to have a cabin and a boat. I was furious at this point that some one was more concerned about his own problems then trying to rectify a concern of a customer. All in all I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, I felt used and taken advantage of. Buying a car should be an enjoyable experience not a test of frustration. More
