No integrity I had purchased my used Kia Forte Koup a little while back and I felt as though the integrity was not there at all.. I have and will continue to tell people to stay away from this dealership. Just a bunch of thieves. And the car was FILTHY when I went to pick it up. which was iceing on the cake. More

Great service section, poor customer relations in sales My spouse purchased a car there and as I was a current customer, I was to receive a referral fee. I never did receive anything and when I contacted them about the issue, it took their "so-called" Customer Relations over two weeks to get back to me and that was after I had emailed the Office Supervisor. Of course the reply was along the lines of "I didn't do the sale, so I can't authorize that." Love the service department, those guys are great! But I would NEVER purchase another vehicle here. More

Quick and efficient. I spent a couple weeks shopping around different dealerships and different brands and when I finally decided on a Kia, I visited several Kia dealershi I spent a couple weeks shopping around different dealerships and different brands and when I finally decided on a Kia, I visited several Kia dealerships with the same demands. Most of which gave me the same speech about keeping lights on, running a business etc. and unwilling to negotiate a price where I was comfortable paying. My initial contact with Plaza Kia was via email and I was very straightforward regarding the vehicle I wanted, the price I wanted to pay and asked whether or not they were willing to accommodate as I was not willing to spend another couple hours of my time in a dealership just to walk out unhappy. I was serviced by Tobias and Ash for the most part and they were very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the sale is secured. We were able to negotiate a price closer to my target monthly payment and got my new vehicle within a week. If you're looking to buy a vehicle and don't want your time wasted, Plaza Kia is the place to go. *I gave 4 star for "Price" because I know I could have gotten a better price elsewhere if I kept looking but at this point they offered the most competitive price, closest to my target price, and I dislike spending prolonged periods of time trying to get one thing done so I bought it from them. Given, it wouldn't be much cheaper but still, if I kept looking I'm sure I could've found a place that would have sold for a little less. More
