He explained fully to me the process of a trade-in and the features of the different models to choose from. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. On the day that I took the vehicle I felt so different from my previous dealership in the sense that he really took the time to show me the Ins and Outs of the RVR to help me familiarize with vehicle. It was then that I found out that there's a certain feature in my old vehicle when he pointed it out to me. It was a fun and enlightening experience to me and will definitely recommend HIM and Mitsubishi Southside to my friends. More

hit and miss. I was very happy with Southside Mitsu when I bought my car. The sales person was great, they were transparent, and they sold me on mitsubishi when I w I was very happy with Southside Mitsu when I bought my car. The sales person was great, they were transparent, and they sold me on mitsubishi when I was strongly considering jeep. I was also happy when I got my first oil change - they were very quick. they washed my car (and it was a free service that time. They have not washed my car since for any paid service), they were polite and friendly. My last few appts have been less than great customer service. Im definitely a little bias as a manager myself so I have pretty high expectations but the girl who took my keys and got me set up didn't even smile once. Once I was back, I tried to ask a question pertaining to services to uphold my warranty and I got told to check my manual. the last time I came in and paid for my 24k service, I felt it was expensive and not all of it was necessary at that time frame when comparing to other services required on past cars Ive had, or family members have had. When the manager emailed me I replied to ask about it and he never got back to me, which is why I asked this time as my next apt is a large service which is even more expensive, and that was when I brushed off to check my manual and not given an answer. I had also booked in for an estimate of small damage and when I had set my apt to that time they never had a an issue, but when I came back to get my car I was told to take a card cause they didn't have time to do it on short notice. (which would have been great to know in advance as I was shuttled to work then picked up 30 minutes after I was dropped off when I could have just waited for my car if it was just an oil change) Overall, I feel every service appts seem to get worse each time or at the very least the service is not consistent. Again, my standards may be high, but I think when competition is so fierce in the car world they should be holding themselves to high customer service standards. Just because you aren't selling, does not mean you shouldn't be just as good to the customers. More
