NEVER AGAIN This was the worst dealer ship I have ever dealt with .My whole experience with there service dept left me worried and concerned about the condition This was the worst dealer ship I have ever dealt with .My whole experience with there service dept left me worried and concerned about the condition of the truck. I ended up taking it to another garage 2 weeks after my purchase to have it inspected and repaired for an issue Galt was unable to fix to my satisfaction.The truck was returned 3 times in 12 days from the initial saftey for brake problems and front end shake.On the first ride home the brakes shook so bad it felt like the back wheels were hopping off the road.There excuse was sometimes they have issues with AFTER MARKET parts .Why a dodge dealer is using after market parts on a dodge vehichle is beond me? I chose to purchase my truck at a large dealer and not some shady corner lot to avoid these issues and have piece of mind . None of which I got at this dealer.After the 4th servicing the brakes were fine but still had a front end shake .There were other smaller issues like delaying pick up time for missing work that needed to be done ,forgetting to plate it , and the DETAILING ? looked like it was hosed off and put some tire shine on it which were all minor but added to the whole poor experience with this dealer. Off to have fun in our new Jeep Wrangler My Son-in Law recommend this dealership, mainly Gareth, our Salesman. We were not disappointed. He was very informative and helpful. We purchased a Jeep Wrangler and initially we wanted a 2 door, but ended up purchasing a 4 door. He had both ready for us to test drive and compare. This was very helpful with our decision in choosing the 4 door. We are so glad he did this. We could have made a mistake and perhaps we might have had some regret. But all worked out and we are very happy with the 4 door. He followed through with everything, gave us a great deal and delivered our Jeep in great time. New 2015 Dodge Ram I have dealt with this dealer for several years. They have typically treated me very well and I believe this will continue. I picked up my new 2015 Do I have dealt with this dealer for several years. They have typically treated me very well and I believe this will continue. I picked up my new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 on July 31st. All in all another good experience but I notice the headliner doesn't fit very well around the sunroof and the detailing of my new truck was not as good as in the past (streaky windows) and a mediocre job on detailing the interior and engine compartment. These are minor issues I the grand scheme of things. The sales people I dealt with were personable and fair. More

Jeep Cherokee purchase Prior to visiting the dealership we did on line research and had visited jeep.ca to price and build our vehicle. We may have encountered a few hiccups when ready to purchase however this was probably due to a lack of inexperience and knowledge by the salesperson but at the end of the day it's about getting the vehicle you like for your price point and we did that. Patience paid off for we did have to wait to get the exact vehicle we wanted and overall we're very pleased with our vehicle purchase. More
