Exceeded expectations I have purchased many cars from dealers in the past. However, this one really stands out. Amazing service and professionalism by Omid, Jonathan, and Chuck would allow me to comfortably recommend this dealership to friends and family. VLC did not give me any discounts over their sticker price, but they did pay for the replacement of parts that might have barely passed safety standards at other used car dealerships. To me this was the ethical thing to do, hence they have earned my respect and business. In addition, the purchased used car was detailed to a new car shine, minor defect repaired, and a full tank of gas awaited the new owner. Excellent Experience Jonathan was great to deal with. He brought the car from Unionville to our address in South West Mississauga (Oakville border) for us to inspect and t Jonathan was great to deal with. He brought the car from Unionville to our address in South West Mississauga (Oakville border) for us to inspect and test drive. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle ( 2012 BMW 135I Cabriolet). We were very interested in the vehicle and Jonathan arranged to have brought to our service centre in Oakville for an inspection the next day, Jonathan did not ask for a deposit, it was all done on a handshake. The only negative comment I would make, is it would have been a nice gesture to send it with a full tank of gas. Jim Wright More

I got the car that I wanted at a price I was very happy with. There were minor issue, a small sound coming from the electric engine section that was not disclosed, only found out within hours of receiving the car, but doesnt seem to be a big issue. Car was not thoroughly cleaned, but could be just myself being a perfectionist. Even with these minor concerns, I feel that overall it was a great purchase and pleasant people to deal with. Would definitely buy from them again, and would highly recommend them to others. More
