Friendly and patient service! I had exceptional customer service at GP Hyundai. I was upset about the loss of my previous car to an accident and completely unsure about what I want I had exceptional customer service at GP Hyundai. I was upset about the loss of my previous car to an accident and completely unsure about what I wanted for a new vehicle. Kaitlyn was very friendly and attentive as soon as I stepped into the dealership. She was patient and helpful in narrowing down vehicle choices and taking me for test drives, answering my many questions and providing very practical advice. Will was wonderful when dealing with how to finance my new purchase. He was very understanding about my uncertainty in length of term and payment amounts each month and provided all sorts of numbers for me to look over and choose from so I felt I had all the knowledge I needed to work out my budget and make my final decision. He didn't pressure me and made it clear I could contact him anytime I wanted to talk further. Ryan handled the final paperwork and was incredibly friendly and thorough in his explanations of warranty, etc. I also met with Alyssa briefly to set up my appointment for my first service in a few months. She was very enthusiastic and informative about everything from the best way to change my appointment if I will need to where I should park when I come in. It's those little things that make me feel comfortable with GP Hyundai! I walked out feeling like I got an excellent deal and knowing I can still go back and get assistance anytime I have concerns. Cordell is AWESOME I realize my review may seem out of place on the GP Hyundai site but my initial meeting with Cordell was at this dealership last summer and while I ha I realize my review may seem out of place on the GP Hyundai site but my initial meeting with Cordell was at this dealership last summer and while I had started considering a new vehicle then - he just happened to get in touch with me recently as I had narrowed down what vehicle I was in fact looking for - and he said he could help me make that vehicle purchase (even though it was at a different dealership). Long story short, he made it easy to narrow down and get the ball rolling on finding me the best deal with my budget and option requests - he did all this plus run back and forth between his home base of GP Hyundai and spent a good part of the day with me over at GP Volkswagen helping me choose between the options that were presented to me. I could tell he really wanted me to go with the one car that might have been outside of my comfort zone if you will… and at the end of the day it is the one I ended up going with and have NO regrets in my decision. I love my new Jetta and I appreciate how above and beyond Cordell went to help me out (being that I am an out of town resident). I have no doubt in my mind that Cordell will address any concerns I have post-sale and would recommend him to everyone looking for someone who is willing to give you a few options and not just sell you 'a car'. His enthusiasm and ability to get back to me promptly is a testament to how he will do whatever is needed to make any potential customer of his feel special and appreciated no matter what type of car you might be purchasing. Upgraded my Genesis I found the sales department very willing to negotiate and understand my wants and needs in my vehicle. This started with Chase and Meaghan allowing me to test drive a variety of vehicles to make sure a new Genesis was the right car for me. It continued with Will trying to make the cost match what I could spend until we came to an agreement that saw both parties satisfied.
