We were so disappointed with the treatment so that we didn't even want to place an offer on a car that we really wanted. We were lucky enough to be dealing with Tim Sen, who made the whole experience enjoyable, effortless and straightforward. The MyCar staff accommodated all of our requests, including making minor repairs to the vehicle, as per our mechanics recommendation. I would give MyCar the highest recommendation possible. There was no element of the transaction that might warrant complaint. Our new car is working beautifully, and we will definitely be returning to MyCar for future purchases. More

The second repair I have yet to see a penny on an invoice for over $800 at jeep. Rather than call or email to explain what is happening, they ignore me. Very juvenile and unprofessional. More
