We first arrived at the dealership were assisted by Edgar, who was very friendly, professional, polite, thoughtful and intelligent. He was able to answer all our questions right away, and soon after we took the Jetta for a test drive. Edgar was very helpful along the way, gave us all the information we were looking for, had great product knowledge and made the experience very enjoyable. After the test drive, we made the deal, which was very seamlessly handled. Chris Preston was also there to help us during the final stages of the deal, making us feel even more cared for! Edgar Flores also went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us save more money, by telling me about a faster way to commute to work, since I drive almost 2 hours per day. Melissa was exceptional I'm always skeptical when I walk into any car dealership. But from the moment I walked through the door, I felt taken care of. Melissa was exceptional and went above and beyond o meet my specific needs. She listened to me and understood my situation and gave me a few options. She presented the facts and let me decide. I never felt pressure and she didn't rush me. I felt like I was the most important customer in the place. Once I made the decision, Melissa just "got it done". Came for a service ended up trading my Jetta for a new one! Had a service appointment for my 2012 Jetta Highline TDI on Saturday morning. Received a call from Mel on Friday asking if I was interested in selling Had a service appointment for my 2012 Jetta Highline TDI on Saturday morning. Received a call from Mel on Friday asking if I was interested in selling my car... my response was "I am not-not interested". Basically I said I was planning on going for breakfast and waiting for the service to be completed. When I arrived at the dealership, Mel put me right into a Golf wagon to test out and take for an hour. Totally unexpected. Upon my return, Kelly sat down with me and started to crunch the numbers on the wagon with my car as a trade. We were way off, then he found one with less options and it was still a bit out of my comfort zone. So I said, what about another Jetta? Mel grabbed some keys and we took a spin and I said, "well if you can do it for this price we got a deal." After going back and forth for a while, we ended up with a deal and I am the proud owner of a 2015 Jetta Highline TDI. Also - Steph in finance was great, see walked me through all the details as needed and Christine & Sydney in service were super helpful, both when I needed a courtesy car and in arranging the tint for the new Jetta. I can't remember the yard guy's name, but he did a great job of washing the car up and installing the floor mats. I live in Langley and ended up going to Abbotsford after trying out 2 different dealers closer to my home, but never really feeling as appreciated as I do when I step into Abbotsford VW. Plus the Nandos and ice cream they kept feeding me was good too! If you are looking for a VW, I would recommend heading out to the valley. More
