Worst dealership I’ve ever felt with in my life! ! We were ripped off, lied to multiple times, sent us a vehicle that was a death trap with brakes on backwards. There isn’t enough space to write all the issues we’ve experienced in buying a vehicle here.. we felt with 3 different Mitsubishi dealers and they are all garbage.. horrible customer service, no return phone calls, ignorant customer service, and everything they are doing at these dealer should be criminal ans they have their doors closed for so many incidents of bad Buisness!! Stay far far away from any Mitsubishi dealer!! More

HOW TO BE THE BIGGEST CROOK: 1) buy lemon vehicles 2) fix lemons just enough so they drive off of your lot 3) find innocent/ nieve people and ruin their life. 4) offer warranty but when people bring t fix lemons just enough so they drive off of your lot 3) find innocent/ nieve people and ruin their life. 4) offer warranty but when people bring the vehicles in NEVER let anyone ever leave without some kind of bill (this way you can swap the good parts out of vehicles coming through whenever necessary as well 5) if the customer doesn’t take the warranty tell them that they can’t take it home that day (say you want to clean it better or it won’t be ready for some reason or another) this is when the mechanics will go to work and take all the good parts they need for other vehicles out of your vehicle 7) As soon as something breaks that customer is going to text you, you have to offer to cover it because you DO NOT want another mechanic to see the mess you left under that hood (with your makeshift mechanic work) 8) when customer comes in to get part fixed you tell them they bill will be more then expected because of (just make anything up, if you got them this far they will never question you) 9) make customer pay for things you did not at all do you their car while also taking parts out of that car and swapping them for other parts and use them on vehicles on your lot that needs repairs 10) while doing all you switching and swapping you actually mess something up 11) try to fix the mess up, & mess up even more 12) customer comes back with an even bigger bill for all the messing around and her van doesn’t start 13) force her to pay bill for parts that didn’t even get changed 14) customer will slowly catch on that there is something suspicious going on so they start pointing fingers 15) tow their vehicle to another dealership 16) don’t tell dealership where her van is 17) she will have to go around the city to look for it (it will be so funny 18) tell her there is nothing you can do and it’s out of your hands 19) she will be struck in Red Deer for 40 days with no vehicle or way home , just literally laugh in her face when she asks for a rides or help paying for a rental car 20) this is where you will pull off your grand finale OFFER TO BUY THE VEHICLE BACK FOR MINIMAL MONEY. 12) now your customer has a huge bill (that you charged without consenting first ) , no vehicle, is down thousands of dollars and looses all faith in humanity 13) meanwhile you can fix it the way Matilda’s father fixed the cars on his lot.and turn around and sell it for 4X what you paid. BONUS: put a bow on the vehicle when she comes to pick it up after she bought it right after her birthday so she feels like you did something special for her and then when she goes to drive it away, take the bow off and say it’s something you do for all of the customers And that my friends is how you become the biggest crook, whatever you do, DO NOT GET CAUGHT!! Because that would be so embarrassing for you. Imagine if your children grew up to find out their parents didn’t know how to make an honest living. More
After getting oil change and wheel alinement, Bill was about $ 100.00 higher than quote. They don't let you know they charge extra for labor. I was a service advisor for several years, we were up front an about $ 100.00 higher than quote. They don't let you know they charge extra for labor. My SUV costs almost as much as my diesel truck to service. I have thought of trading to a different brand with more fair service. More
If you buy with mitsubishi not only will you get a vehicle with issues that they know about but hid so they can over charge you... but you will also continue to be harassed two years later with invite vehicle with issues that they know about but hid so they can over charge you... but you will also continue to be harassed two years later with invites to VIP events where they will offer to take the problem vehicle they sold you off of your hands if you just go into more debt for another car with them. They will apologize for your experience saying it was "unacceptable" and that "all new staff" work there now but they will still not offer to simply FIX THE ISSUE with the car you already purchased from them. WORST DEALERSHIP! More
